Indian women won fifth consecutive gold in 4X400m relay at the Asian Games 2018

Indian women relay team consisting of Hima Das, Saritaben Gayakwad, Vismaya Koroth and Poovamma Machettira brought home their fifth consecutive gold in 4X400m relay at the Asian Games 2018. The defending champions finished the race with a time of 3 minutes and 28.72 seconds. Their win has brought India’s gold medal tally to 13.

Bahrain bag silver with 3:30.61 while Vietnam secured the bronze medal with their season’s best time of 3:33.23.
